XRPLDEX.io is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company. Our current product is Dex Node™. These Terms of Use / Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the Dex Node™ NFT License Software (the Software). You agreed to these Terms when you purchased the Dex Node™ NFT. You also agree to these Terms by running the Dex Node™ Software and/or operating a Dex Node™.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XRPLDEX.io website located at https://xrpldex.io (the "Site") AND any Server or Virtual Private Server (VPS), using the URL's: https://<IP-address>:8080, https://<IP-address>:8081, and https://<IP-address>:8089 (where "<IP-address>" is the IP address of that Server or VPS), when the Site (including just the XRPLDEX.io Site Name or Logo), and/or related services, including the decentralized application ("dApp"), "Dex Node™" (collectively called the "Services"), provided by XRPLDEX.io ("we," "us," or "our"), are running on that Server or VPS using those ports, or any other ports on that Server or VPS, which deliver all or any part of the Services, after you have downloaded and/or installed the Dex Node™ software by XRPLDEX.io on that Server or VPS.
The Services facilitate user interactions with the XRP Ledger (XRPL), a public blockchain, including swaps and other transactions via the XRPL decentralized exchange ("XRPL DEX"). The Services are NON-CUSTODIAL: you alone control your wallets, keys, and funds at all times.
By accessing, connecting a wallet to, or using the Services (including by authorizing any XRPL transaction), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services and immediately disconnect your wallet.
Dex Node™ is the software we offer for public consumption. That public consumption of the Dex Node™ software (the "Software") is made available via the sale of a Node License NFT called "Dex Node™ - NFT Node License" (Contract Address: 0x1cc1cDB5D940deA5abbb4c217a52772805D212F5 on Base Mainnet).
By purchasing a Dex Node™ - NFT Node License, the purchaser / NFT holder is allowed access to download the Dex Node™ software (the Software). Once the NFT holder has downloaded the Software onto his or her Ubuntu VPS, they may spin up a Dex Node™ and enjoy using the service we offer (Dex Node™), strictly within the scope of these Terms of Use.
Violation of these Terms of Use will result in the user's NFT being banned from the platform. A banned NFT may no longer be used to access Software downloads, upgrades, gated Services, or related platform functionality. You remain responsible for uninstalling the Software from any Server or VPS you control. Ban decisions are at our sole discretion.
Dex Node™ remains NON-CUSTODIAL whether you use it on xrpldex.io or on your own VPS: we never custody your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets.

The Services are strictly NON-CUSTODIAL. XRPLDEX.io / Dex Node™ is a NON-CUSTODIAL interface and software distribution model. We do not:
You retain full control over your XRPL wallet and bear sole responsibility for securing your private keys, seed phrases, and any transactions you authorize. Because the Services are NON-CUSTODIAL, we have no ability to reverse, cancel, modify, or recover any transaction.
All transactions occur directly on the XRP Ledger (XRPL), a public, decentralized blockchain. By signing and submitting any transaction:
You acknowledge risks including network congestion, failed transactions, high fees during volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities (if applicable), and potential loss of funds due to user error or third-party actions.
In addition to standard XRPL network fees (paid directly to the XRPL for transaction processing), Dex Node™ instances charge a platform fee ("DEX Fee") on applicable swaps. Currently, the Dex Node™ fee is 0.7% of the swap value (seventy basis points). However, that fee may go up or down from time to time, at the discretion of XRPLDEX.io, or as market conditions mandate. The rate in effect for Dex Node™ software is published by XRPLDEX.io and retrieved by each Node (with a documented fallback if the remote rate cannot be reached).
Example (0.7% DEX Fee): If the transaction value is $1,000 USD (e.g., swapping 1,000 RLUSD for XRP), the DEX Fee is $7.00 USD. If XRP is trading at $2.50 USD, that fee is about 2.8 XRP. You may see the swap credit and the fee as separate XRPL transactions.

TX2: The DEX Fee sent from your wallet (or otherwise deducted as part of the swap flow)
This fee is automatically applied as part of the authorized transaction flow. Fees are non-refundable.
Why the estimated receive amount may differ from a public market price: The "Approx. … Received" figure shown in the Dex Node™ / XRPLDEX.io swap interface is not a guarantee of the same number you might see on a third-party price website. Relative to a simple mid-market conversion, that displayed estimate will typically appear about 1% to 1.2% lower. That difference is the combined effect of: (1) the Dex Node™ DEX Fee of 0.7% of the swap's value (charged in XRP, often as a separate XRPL transaction), and (2) slippage (and related live-market effects such as AMM / order-book liquidity and price movement between quote and settlement), which commonly runs about 0.3% to 0.5%. Together, those components generally explain the roughly 1% to 1.2% gap versus a headline market price. The gap can be larger when markets move quickly. That difference is an expected feature of fee-aware quoting and live DEX execution, not a bug.
You are solely responsible for all other costs, including gas/network fees, any slippage relative to the estimate at execution time, or third-party charges.

We reserve the right to restrict access, ban the associated Dex Node™ - NFT Node License, or report suspected illegal activity without notice.
The Platform is designed as a decentralized, NON-CUSTODIAL cryptocurrency exchange protocol and interface, prioritizing user privacy and sovereignty. Currently, we do not require users to create accounts, provide personal identification, or undergo Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification processes.
Should KYC become a requirement by XRPLDEX.io for the continued use of our Services, You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and a valid government-issued ID document (or other required verification materials) when requested. Failure to provide such information may result in restricted access to certain features or termination of your access to the Services.
We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required or compelled by law, a government entity, regulatory authority, or court order, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. Our full Privacy Policy is available here: Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge and agree that XRPLDEX.io has a strict "No Refund" policy for the Dex Node™ - NFT Node License (and any related licenses, subscriptions, or purchases). All sales and transactions are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, non-use, or dissatisfaction.
This policy aligns with the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and the NON-CUSTODIAL services provided.
Your Dex Node™ Node Licence NFT enables you to download any Dex Node™ Node License Software upgrades that may be released by XRPLDEX.io in the future, subject to these Terms, the Node License Agreement presented at claim time, and any eligibility, gating, or integrity requirements then in effect. Ownership of a valid Node Licence NFT does not guarantee that upgrades will be released on any particular schedule, or that any particular feature will be included.
The Services provide only a technical interface to the XRPL. We do not provide, and nothing on the Site or in the Services constitutes:
XRPLDEX.io / Dex Node™ makes no promise of financial gain. Markets are unpredictable. What we offer is a platform through which you can implement various strategies that could turn out to be profitable. Whether any strategy is profitable depends on your trading skill and whether the market moves in your favor. Both of those factors are beyond our control. You may lose some or all of the value of assets you trade. All use is at your own risk. Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. Conduct your own due diligence.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (including our affiliates, officers, directors, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, assets, or opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 USD, if lower).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights. You understand that the examples below are only some of the possibilities that could arise due to your failure to take appropriate precautions. They by no means constitute an exhaustive list of possibilities in which an adverse situation may arise with regard to your Dex Node™ Server or VPS:
All of the above are situations that can be avoided if you understand what you are doing, take your time, and proceed with caution. However, as stated above, by no means do they constitute a complete list of adverse possibilities. You acknowledge this by agreeing to these Terms of Use, and/or simply connecting to the Services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. Where you violate these Terms of Use in connection with the Dex Node™ Software or Services, we may ban your Dex Node™ - NFT Node License (Contract Address: 0x1cc1cDB5D940deA5abbb4c217a52772805D212F5) from further platform use, including Software download, upgrade access, and NFT-gated Services. A ban does not entitle you to any refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Panama City, Panama.
You waive any right to class actions or jury trials.
If you do not agree to these Terms, discontinue use immediately and disconnect your wallet. You should also follow the Dex Node™ removal steps to completely delete the Software from your Server or VPS. Remember: until you do so, the private key that you entered during the Dex Node™ installation will remain on your Server or VPS.
